The effect of magnetic water treatment was discovered in the midde of the nineteenth century in Europe. It appears that a strong magnetic field "activates" the salt ions that are dissolved in the water, so that they crystallize in the volume of water, not on the pipeline walls. The magnetic water activator (MWA) working principle is based on this phenomenon. This device is purposed to treat flowing water magnetically, by applying a strong magnetic field on it. Usage of MWA allows to significantly decrease or eliminate scale forming in pipelines, without chemical water treatment and electricity. This device can be used in various practical applications such as boilers, heat exchangers, hot water supply circuits, heating systems, etc.
MWA can be either installed at the entrance of the water supply circuit, or upstream of the protected devices. Depending on the water composition, magnetic water treatment decreases scale forming by 30-80%. This this very valuable from the practical point of view, for the operation of heat power engineering equipment.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The source of magnetic field is the magnetic system with highly energetic rare-earth magnets embedded. Special configuration of the magnetic system ensures periodic exposure of strong magnetic field on the water flowing through the MWA. As a result, microscopic crystallization centers are formed in the volume of water, thus forcing the scale to start its crystallization on these "seeds". Consequently, the scale forming on pipeline walls is decreased.
The magnetic system is inside of the stainless steel shell. It is installed in the steel body and centered by means of special braces.
